The Pantry was conceived many years ago by two friends, Thierry Le Meur & Andrew Rolleri as a place that a chef could come to buy ingredients to construct a recipe A Gourmet Market of Unmatched Quality The Pantry serves all Fairfield, Westport, Trumbull, Bridgeport & many surrounding areas The store is built on the principle that good food starts from the ground up, hence we make most every single component of our food from scratch right down to the croutons on the salad bar
