OTI Engineering was established in 1996 and over the past 11 years we have been designing pre-engineered buildings and foundations for companies doing business in all parts of the world. Our staff has also experince in detailing and checking of complex metal buildings for 5 years. OTI Engineering also designs foundations for pre-engineered and other buildings. OTI engineering also provides other types of consulting services. We do inspections of metal buildings and rebar inspections for idividuals, contractors and metal building companies. Being a small firm, OTI Engineering is able to offer relatively low prices due to internal efficiency and low overheads. OTI Engineering does not currently provide detailing services. OTI Engineering Corp. experience ranges from simple and economical garages, open canopies, shops, barns, self-storages, riding arenas, portable buildings and modular offices, to more complex churches, shopping centers, motels, automobile dealerships and huge clear-span structures such as hangars or manufacturing plants with multiple cranes, bi-fold door design and other custom projects.
