Education: - undergraduate degree in biochemistry at Cornell University - graduated from the Mount Sinai School of Medicine in New York - completed his general surgery residency at Long Island Jewish Medical Center. - completed a fellowship at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in laparoscopic general surgery. Dr. Korman leads a multidisciplinary team at L.A. Bariatrics.

Charlie has been Dr. Stevens' patient coordinator for over 19 years. She and our other patient coordinators will share their own personal surgical experiences and help coordinate your surgery, aftercare and accommodations (for our out-of-town patients and guests).
