Physical Therapy And Industrial Rehabilitation The Phys-Assess Work Hardening Program, developed by a Licensed Physical Therapist in conjunction with related health disciplines, is a work oriented treatment process in an individualized form that involves the injured in a variety of activities that simulate job related work tasks. This program, based on the results of a Functional Capacity Evaluation is structured to increase physical tolerance, endurance, stamina, and productivity with the goal of safe return to work with a reduced risk of re-injury.
