By treating our clients individually, one-on-one for the whole 55 minute treatment, we have time to use our advanced manual techniques and our extensive expertise, blending traditional techniques with more integrative ones - including yoga, mindfulness, martial arts, breathing/relaxation and sports psychology techniques.
